Hydraulically compensated valve with electronic regulation, with double internal safety lock in compliance with EN 81-20/50 standards.
No encoder required.
Reduction of the required engine power compared to a traditional mechanical valve, thanks to the reduction of the internal pressure drops of the valve and its better energy efficiency. It allows the use of the same motor and pump couplings of the NGV Valve.
It is not affected by variations in pressure and temperature of the fluid and therefore does not need to be equipped with valve heating resistors or oil heaters, allowing for consequent energy savings.
Possibility of independent and separate electronic regulation of all the operating phases of the elevator:
Acceleration – Deceleration – Uphill Speed – Downhill Speed – Levelling;
Possibility of regulating the descent speed independently from the set ascent speed. Possibility of increasing the descent speed up to a value equal to 150% of the ascent speed (for flow rates up to 150 l/min.) or to 130% of the same (for flow rates from 180 to 210 l/min).
ETC function: minimum levelling space constant as the fluid viscosity varies, selectable by software.
Intermediate and maintenance speeds selectable and electronically adjustable. This function is useful for systems with “short” inter-floors or to obtain system speeds of 1 m/s and maintenance speeds of 0.6 m/s.
Use of the PT01 programmer already used for GEV and NGV control panels and electronic valves.
Valve adjustments can be made remotely with control units positioned inside the compartments.
Possibility of modernizing existing systems with mechanical valve 3010. The new Valve 3100 2CH A3 has the same input controls as the 3010 valves.
Easy-to-implement spare parts management: most materials are interchangeable with the 3010 Valve.
